What I collect
If you fill out a form on this site, I get whatever you typed into it: your name, email, phone number, town, which service you're interested in, and your message. I also record which page the form was submitted from so I know what you were reading.
If you call, text or email me, I have your phone number or email address and whatever you told me. If you hire me, I'll also have your property address and the details of the inspection — readings, photos, lab results and the report itself.
This site does not run advertising trackers and does not sell or share behavioral data with ad networks. Basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) may be recorded by the hosting provider for security and performance purposes.
What I use it for
Getting back to you, scheduling and performing your inspection, sending your report, invoicing, and following up if something about the job needs finishing. That's the whole list.
Who else sees it
The independent accredited laboratory that analyzes your samples receives sample identifiers and the property information needed to run and report the analysis. Nothing else about you goes to them.
I don't sell your information. I don't trade it. I don't hand it to remediation contractors — I don't do remediation and I don't take referral fees, so there's nobody waiting on a list of your details.
Your inspection report is yours. I release it to you. I'll release it to a third party — a realtor, an attorney, a contractor, a landlord or a tenant — only if you tell me to, or if I'm legally required to.
How long I keep it
Inspection records and reports are kept for several years, because customers regularly come back needing a copy, and because a prior report is useful as a baseline for later testing. Form submissions that don't turn into work get cleared out periodically.
Text messages
If you text the business number, I'll text you back about your inspection. I don't run marketing text campaigns. Reply STOP any time and I'll stop texting you.
Your choices
You can ask me what I have on file, ask for a copy of your report, ask me to correct something, or ask me to delete your information where I'm not required to keep it. Email [email protected] or call (717) 676-3574.
Children
This is a business site for property owners and managers. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version goes on this page with a new date at the top.
