1. Services Provided

Mastertech Environmental of York, PA provides professional mold inspection, mold testing, moisture intrusion inspection, thermal imaging, and related environmental consulting services in York, PA and surrounding areas. Our services include:

• Visual mold inspections of residential and commercial properties
• Air and surface mold sampling sent to accredited third-party laboratories
• Moisture and thermal imaging assessments
• Written inspection reports with findings and recommendations
• Post-remediation verification (PRV) testing

We are an inspection-only company. We do not perform mold remediation, which eliminates any conflict of interest in our recommendations.

2. Scheduling and Appointments

• Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as required
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control
• You are responsible for ensuring reasonable access to all areas of the property to be inspected

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We accept major credit cards, check, and other payment methods as displayed at the time of booking
• All fees are in U.S. dollars
• Laboratory fees are included in the quoted service price unless stated otherwise
• Invoices unpaid after 30 days may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month

4. Inspection Reports and Findings

• Reports are based on conditions present at the time of inspection only. Conditions may change after the inspection date.
• Our reports reflect the findings of a visual inspection and, where applicable, laboratory analysis of collected samples
• Reports are intended for the use of the client named in the agreement and should not be relied upon by third parties without our written consent
• We make no warranty that all mold is detected. Mold may exist in concealed areas not accessible during inspection.
• Recommendations in our reports are advisory. We do not guarantee outcomes of any remediation work performed by third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific inspection giving rise to the claim
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of property value, remediation costs, or health-related claims
• We are not responsible for conditions that were concealed, inaccessible, or not reasonably detectable during the inspection
• Any claim against us must be filed within one (1) year from the date of the inspection report

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about the property and any known mold or moisture issues
• Ensure safe access to all areas requested for inspection, including attics, basements, and crawl spaces
• Disclose any known hazards on the property (e.g., asbestos, structural instability)
• Not use our reports for purposes other than those for which they were prepared without our written consent

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including text, images, logos, reports, and other materials - is the property of Mastertech Environmental of York, PA or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

8. Website Use
