Truly the best! I can't say enough good things about Tom. After getting the testing I needed done, he was there to help answer any questions I had before, during, and after the remediation process which was completed by another company. I truly feel like I had someone I could count on by my side during this very stressful situation. At any point if I had a question, I could call him or send him pictures. Very nice and polite customer service. Mold remediation removal was done by very knowledgeable and experienced technicians. They arrived before the scheduled appointment time. Before they began to work they explained each stage of the removal procedure. Talk about good team work - protected my personal belongings by sealing off the work area like a cocoon keeping all contaminants contained. When done there was no mold visible and everything was very clean. Yes, I would recommend to anyone who has a mold problem.

He took the time to explain why we had the problem, exactly what they would do to clean it, and what we needed to do to prevent future problems. They did a phenomenal job, and cleaned up very well after themselves. My house was left spotless. The workers were very nice, too. They took time after the job was completed to show me everything they did and explain how to keep the room moisture free.

I do extensive due diligence when hiring any contractor and I have high expectations. I rarely write reviews as meeting my expectations does not really warrant praise. However Mastertech's technicians exceeded my expectations remediating a mold issue in my home caused by a leaky pipe in the wall. They expertly contained the work area to prevent spreading contamination and removed all infected materials and thoroughly cleaned what remained. They worked diligently, quietly and left the work area cleaner than when they arrived. Good job!

These guys were great! Very friendly. Super thorough. I now smell no mold, and instead smell a clean basement/sub basement. They recommended dehumidifiers and answered any and all questions I had. Would highly, highly recommend MasterTech Environmental.
